• Driving License: Valid license required. An International Driving Permit (IDP) 1968 is highly recommended for foreign riders.
• Passport/Deposit: Original Passport OR a cash deposit ($250 - $1,500 depending on bike model) is required.
• Age: Minimum 18 years old.

• Rates are based on a 24-hour cycle.
• 100% payment upfront via Cash, Credit Card, or PayPal.
• One-Way Fee: Applicable for pick-up in Hanoi and drop-off in Saigon (or vice-versa).

For long-distance trips (e.g., Hanoi to Saigon):

• Change engine oil every 1,000km - 1,200km.
• Hiep Motorbike will refund the oil change cost (please keep the receipt).
• Contact us immediately for any mechanical issues before attempting major repairs.

• Accidents: Renter covers all repair costs for damages caused by accidents.
• Theft: Renter must compensate the current market value of the bike in case of theft.
• Flat Tyres: Renter's responsibility during the trip.

• Cancellation 7+ days before: Full refund of booking deposit.
• Less than 7 days: Deposit is non-refundable.
• No refunds for early returns unless agreed upon prior to the trip.
